BAJA FORGED roof racks provide a reliable solution for the limitations of the Ford Expedition factory rails and crossbars. Inspired by decades of off-roading in Baja, this roof rack was forged to be durable and capable of holding a significant cargo load, lighting accessories and a roof top tent. It has been designed to fit directly to the factory rail mounting points with no drilling required. The side bars and crossmembers are constructed from mandrel bent steel tube providing maximum strength and versatility for your cargo needs. The optional mesh floor trays provide added space for equipment load and are available in a full set or in a single piece. All BAJA FORGED products are tested in Baja and Made in the USA.
